Yes, it can kill over 99% of the virus, attached pls find the killing rate report

No, the FDA regulations has a rule of concentration lower than 200PM, then it will be safe for humans, ours is 100PM, much lower than FDA's requirement. Attached pls find the Irritating report.

It is Ultra Sonic fogging technology

The water can be normal tap water, slim difference. But after long time, the Atomizing head may be blocked if the water is impure, just wash it.
23. How to prove that the machine produces hypochlorous acid instead of sodium hypochlorite? Is there a simple way to test it?
You can check the PH value, ours is PH6.4, slightly acidic; while sodium hypochlorite is alkaline
