2.What is the material of your products ?
The material is genuine leather and PU. We can also choose material as customers' requirement.
3.Can you send us samples of your bags? Free or not?
Of course you can custom samples, they will be sent to you by Express DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX.
As per our factory regulation,the sample need to charge some necessary fee according to the real cost.
The samples fee will be refunded if you issue orders to us in the future.
4.How does your factory do regarding quality control ?

7. What is your samples and orders delivery time?
Usually, the sample delivery time is 5-7 days, the orders is 30-45 days. The exact time depends on your quantity of your order.

9.What's your payment term?
Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
